Stability Ball Core & Cardio
6:15 PM – 07:00 PM CDT
Instructor:Alyssa
This class is designed to help you strengthen your core muscles while also getting your heart rate up with some fun and challenging cardio exercises using the stability ball. And of course, we'll be setting all of this to great music to keep you energized and motivated throughout the entire workout!

Tuesday, April 18
Rep Superset
 –  CDT
Instructor: Robyn
Rep will push you to your limit with a heavy weight, low repetition circuit. We will challenge you to do a set number of reps before moving quickly through a cardio blast segment.
The best way to burn calories is to add muscle! For every pound of muscle you add your metabolism increases by 7%. This class pushes you to add the fat burning muscle!

Hot Sculpt
 
Instructor: Jen
Hot sculpt is a dynamic workout that incorporates resistance interval training and a short cardiovascular interval. Designed to target and tone all the major muscle groups using dumbbells. The infrared heat will add another level to this class leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Wednesday, April 19
Fusion Box
 –  CDT
Instructor: Jen
Fusion Box is a blast of fast paced cardio! Kicks, punches, partner work and more! This class uses gloves and mitts (provided) to send your workout to the next level!
Weighted gloves are optional and available at the studio.

Strength & Core
 –  CDT
Instructor: Robyn
The perfect mix of strength exercises for the whole body plus a fun endurance workout for the entire core. This class uses a variety of equipment to challenge the entire body and drill down on all those core stabilizers. Fun music completes this class!

Hot Sculpt & Box
09:00 AM – 09:45AM CDT
Instructor: Jen
Short intervals of boxing based moves and muscle sculpting exercises designed to mix up your fitness routine. This class is set in our infrared hot room to leave you detoxed and feeling refreshed.

Hot Restorative Yoga
 –  CDT 
Instructor: Kim
All about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. Practicing in the infrared heat will add another level of relaxation.

Hot Pilates Flow
 –  CDT
Instructor: Alyssa
This Pilates based class will challenge your muscular endurance while focusing on core strength and stability. A full body workout that will flow to best music! This class is held in our 95-degree infrared hot room and will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Friday, April 21
Cardio & Sculpt
 –  CDT
Instructor: Tricia
Cardio & Sculpt will combine the best of both! Simple, light weight flows that sculpt long lean muscles and challenge your endurance along with cardio segments that push your heart rate and torch calories! This class will use bands, light weights and more to push you! Set to amazing music this class brings the fun to fitness!

Saturday, April 22
 
Functional Fit Camp
 –  CDT
Instructor: Robyn
We are about to help you kill it at life! Functional fitness mimics all the things we do daily BUT we push it harder to make you stronger! Pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, lunging, twisting, lifting, loading, squatting and hauling. These exercises improve functional strength and fitness.This class uses a variety of equipment to keep you on your toes the entire class!

Hot Hatha Yoga
09:00-9:45 AM
Instructor: Tricia
You have NEVER done Yoga like this before! A hot workout that produces long, lean  muscles! Work on posture, flexibility, balance and core strength. The best yoga flows to amazing music!
